This isn't talent.
This is pain. Discipline. Obsession.
I'm Sheena Bathory. Professional combat athlete, competitor, and trainer — based in Budapest, Hungary.
I didn't grow up planning to fight. I grew up learning that strength isn't something you're given — it's something you build, one round at a time, one bruise at a time, one decision at a time. Combat sports found me when I needed direction, and I never looked back.
What started as a way to push myself became a discipline. The discipline became a career. The career became an identity. Today I compete professionally across MMA, wrestling, boxing, and Powerslap — and I train every day like the next fight is the one that matters most, because it is.
I'm not here to perform. I'm here to dominate. Every session I offer — whether it's a personal one-to-one, a Zoom call, or a domination experience — is built on real skill. Real strength. Real control. Years of professional training mean that when I step onto the mat with you, there's nothing artificial about it.
I believe in the work. The early mornings, the taped knuckles, the quiet promise to go harder than yesterday. I believe that strength — real strength — comes from discipline, not talent. And I believe that every person who walks through my door deserves to experience what that feels like.
"You don't know me yet. But you will."
— Sheena Bathory
Outside of competition, I write about the mental game, the physical grind, and the psychology of control. I work with clients who want to test themselves, train with a professional, or experience something they can't find anywhere else. I'm also actively seeking sponsors and brand partners who respect the sport and want to align with a professional athlete on the rise.
Budapest is my base. The ring is my office. And the door is always open.
