File №02 · My Skills

Every skill. Every round.
Every time.

Years of professional training across multiple combat disciplines. This is what I bring to the ring — and to every session.

Training in the gym

Built across disciplines.
Proven in competition.

I don't specialise in one thing — I specialise in everything that wins fights. My training spans MMA, wrestling, boxing, and Powerslap, and every discipline feeds the others. Striking sharpens timing. Grappling builds control. Wrestling develops pressure. And competition tests all of it under real conditions.

This page breaks down what I train, how I train, and what each discipline brings to my sessions. Whether you're booking a personal session in Budapest, a Zoom call, or just want to understand what I do — this is the foundation.

MMA — ground control
01

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts

Where everything comes together. MMA is the ultimate test — striking, grappling, clinch, ground control, and cage work all in one fight. There's nowhere to hide when the bell rings and every discipline is on the table.

My MMA training combines stand-up striking with takedown defence, ground transitions, and submission awareness. I train to control distance on the feet and control position on the ground. The goal is never just to survive a round — it's to dictate every second of it.

In my sessions, MMA work covers everything from basic combinations and defensive movement to advanced cage pressure and clinch control. Your level doesn't matter — what matters is your willingness to learn.

Wrestling — clinch and pressure
02

Wrestling

Control. Pressure. Dominance.

Wrestling is where fights are decided. Whoever controls the position controls the outcome. My wrestling training focuses on body lock takedowns, underhooks, shoulder pressure, clinch work, and the ability to impose physical will on an opponent.

This discipline is the backbone of everything I do. It develops real functional strength, balance, and an understanding of leverage that translates directly into my domination sessions. When I control someone on the mat, it's not performance — it's genuine technique built through years of training.

Wrestling sessions are intense, physical, and rewarding. Whether you've never grappled before or you train regularly, I adapt the intensity and complexity to match you.

Boxing — pad work
03

Boxing

Precision. Power. Timing.

Boxing is the foundation. Footwork, range management, head movement, and the ability to deliver clean, powerful strikes with precision. Everything starts with the hands.

My boxing training covers the full range — jab mechanics, combination work, counter-punching, defensive slips and rolls, and the conditioning needed to maintain output across multiple rounds. I train orthodox stance with an emphasis on sharp, technical striking rather than wild power.

In personal sessions, boxing work is accessible for all levels. For beginners, it's about stance, guard, and basic combinations. For experienced fighters, it's about timing, angles, and the small details that separate good from elite.

Powerslap — composure under pressure
04

Powerslap

One Strike. Total Commitment.

Powerslap is one of combat sports' most intense disciplines. One strike, no blocking, no flinching. It's a test of raw power, composure under pressure, and the mental toughness to deliver and absorb without hesitation.

I compete professionally in Powerslap, and the discipline it demands feeds directly into everything else I do. The mental game — staying composed, controlling breathing, refusing to back down — is the same skill that defines my domination sessions and my approach to every fight.

This isn't a discipline you can fake. It requires genuine physical and psychological strength, and that's exactly what I bring to it.

How I train.
Six days a week.

Every session with purpose. The work compounds — and the result is a fighter who can adapt to any moment in any round.

Striking pad work 01

Striking

12h / week

Boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Pad rounds and bag work — sharpening hands, working angles, building combinations that finish fights.

Conditioning 02

Conditioning

8h / week

Strength, speed, and endurance work. Sprint intervals, resistance training, and metabolic conditioning to maintain fight-pace intensity from round one to the final bell.

Grappling 03

Grappling

6h / week

Wrestling, clinch, and ground control. Live sparring rounds focused on positional dominance, takedowns, and the ability to impose pressure from any position.

Recovery 04

Recovery

Daily

Mobility work, rest, and restoration. Recovery is training. The discipline doesn't stop when you leave the gym — it extends into how you rest, eat, and prepare for the next session.
